Phone Screening

Every applicant is screened for driving experience, license class and validity, availability, and route fit. Only candidates who pass all criteria advance.

We present pre-qualified candidates and coordinate the interview on your schedule. The hire decision is always yours. We handle scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up.

First Advantage Profile Creation

We initiate the candidate's profile under your vendor account using only name and contact info. The candidate enters all sensitive identifiers directly into the secure portal — we never handle SSNs or dates of birth.

Drug Test & Physical Exam Ordering

We order the urine drug test and DOT physical through the program. Candidates receive instructions for their nearest collection site. We follow up to make sure they report within the required window.
