By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Mountain Group LLC. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at mountainrecruiting.com/privacy-policy. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that:

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete job descriptions and screening criteria.
- Supplying necessary information to process candidates (e.g., location, pay, hours).
- Complying with applicable employment laws in their jurisdiction.
4. Candidate Data
We collect and process candidate information on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have proper legal authority to process candidate data.
- You notify candidates about data usage and obtain necessary consents.

5. Fees and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Services are billed on a flat monthly fee basis or per placement, as specified in your agreement.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may be subject to interest and collection costs.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the relationship private and to use it only for the purposes of performing or receiving the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our site — including text, branding, logos, and software — is owned by Mountain Recruiting or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Misrepresent job opportunities or working conditions to candidates.
- Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
10. Disclaimers
We make no guarantees about candidate performance, retention, or suitability. While we screen applicants based on your criteria, hiring decisions and employment responsibilities lie solely with you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Recruiting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
